Collective Glow is a Ugandan not-for-profit organization working to improve and empower communities through educational, creative, developmental and fun programs. The organization does this through activities such as art & craft workshops, performing arts (music, dance & theatre), life skills trainings, mental & physical health trainings, school sponsorship, community events, human rights awareness and exchange programs.
Our mission is to serve, empower, and protect communities in which we work as well as to create safe spaces that inspire personal growth and development, and transform communities.
Celebrating the National Girl Champion Awards 2025

We were honored to take part in the National Girl Champion Awards 2025, a celebration that shone a light on young women who are creating meaningful change in their communities. Seeing their passion, leadership, and creativity recognized reminded us of why we do what we do: to build spaces where girls and women can thrive, lead, and be seen.
At Collective Glow, we believe that when we nurture and protect girls who are already driving change, we are investing in a generation that will redefine the future. Their resilience and confidence give us hope, a reminder that the path toward equality, creativity, and justice is one we walk together.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all organizations, partners, sponsors, and platforms who believe in the power of empowerment, growth, and social justice. Your trust and collaboration make it possible to continue this important work.
A special thank you also goes to the unsung heroes, the individuals and teams who work tirelessly behind the scenes, often unnoticed but deeply impactful. Your dedication fuels progress and keeps our collective light glowing.
Together, we continue to create a world where every girl is celebrated, protected, and given the opportunity to shine.
